Blind Cave Tetra is known for its loss of eyes after some days of its birth, while Glowlight Tetra is a spectacular fish with glowing light over its body. Fish that dwell in the brackish water are rarely in the aquarium trade, but it is one of the popular choices among those people who are aquarists by hobby. Types of fish living in the brackish water are narrowly divided into some class or sub-groups, for example, Cyprinidontiformes, Catfish, Pufferfish, Gobies, Cichlids etc. Some of these families of fish are also available in the freshwater as well as seawater fish. Being lived in the brackish water or semi-salty water these fish have got some of the features of both of these types of fish.
